Casey Smutylo is a local crafter and multimedia artist that has been a vendor with the Owen Sound Farmers’ Market since 2014. Casey sells handmade jewellery, notecards, and small paintings during the winter holiday season. He has been crafting for over ten years, and he still finds great joy in experimenting with new things.
