Chef Gilou started attending the Owen Sound Farmers’ Market in 2022. Gilles Sarazin, the creator of A Taste of Brittany, was born in the Brittany region of France, the birthplace of crêpes and galettes. His savoury buckwheat galettes and sweet crêpes are made from scratch using as many local and organic ingredients as possible. First-timers at the Market should make sure to stop by his booth and have a taste of his authentic French galettes and crêpes.
