Honey, Beeswax & Vegetables
When Gabriel and Dayna met, Gabriel was working at local commercial beekeeping operation where he managed around 50 hives. Today, the couple works together to manage their own 200 hive operation and two-acre market garden. Though Donald’s Honey has been in operation for almost ten years now, they only joined the Owen Sound Farmers’ Market in 2019. The two of them have since been supplying market-goers with fresh vegetables, fruits, and herbs in the warmer months and raw, unpasteurized honey year-round. In addition to their standard wildflower honey, Donald’s Honey also sells creamed honey, infused honey, bee pollen, beeswax candles, and a plethora of other bee- and honey-related products.
