Miners' Maple

Abby and Russel Miners have been selling their locally tapped maple products at the Owen Sound Farmers’ Market since 1997. Their company Miners’ Maple Products is a family-run maple syrup operation with over 5000 taps on their property in Keppel Township. After tapping finishes in spring and the syrup is running, the couple boils and manages the operation by themselves, using wood chips made from trees culled on their property to fire their evaporators. In addition to their delicious maple syrup, Abby and Russel also make and sell granulated maple sugar and a variety of maple barbecue sauces.
