Tori Slaughter is a vendor at the Owen Sound Farmers’ Market whose small downtown Owen Sound bakery has been providing the Market with fresh, healthy bread since 2015. In addition to her one-of-a-kind sourdough and yeasted breads—which both come in a large variety of flavours that change on a weekly basis—Tori sells freshly baked sesame bagels, flatbreads, and sourdough baguettes, all of which are made using the freshest flours available. The products at Rising Sun Bakery are popular, so make sure to come to the Market bright and early if you want to get something before it sells out.
